The single-story villas will be realized in a closed complex in Polop. They consist of three bedrooms with two bathrooms, an open kitchen with separate laundry room and a living-dining room. Outside there is a terrace with a pergola, a garden and parking for one car. A private pool and rooftop terrace are optional (they are not included in the price).

The complex is fully fenced and has a communal swimming pool for children and adults, beautiful gardens and security cameras. Other models are also available. The completion date of available villas will be late 2024 – early 2025.
